The P.E.D.A.L.O Program is a self-directed, multimedia training package which has been designed to support the development of neonatal intensive care nurses knowledge, clinical judgement and critical thinking skills in the management of evolving clinical scenarios. It is specifically designed for nurses new to the NICU clinical setting with less than three years clinical experience.
The program is focussed on consolidating the process of prioritisation, assisting in the consolidation of speciality specific knowledge and the identification of areas for ongoing professional development.
